2017 Suitcase Party to Support the American Cancer Society
Boise Downtown Rotary Member, Lauren Olsen, attended our meeting to promote the 2017 Suitcase Party.

Pack Your Bag and Save a Life!

Join us at the American Cancer Society’s Suitcase Party on March 10, 2017 for a one-of-a-kind roaring 20’s party, featuring great food, dancing, a spectacular auction, and one lucky couple will board a chartered jet for a weekend on Catalina Island- immediately!

The American Cancer Society is working to save lives in every community. We are the largest private, not-for-profit funder of cancer research in the United States, investing more than $4 billion since 1946. Thanks in part to our efforts, there has been a 23% decline in the cancer death rate over the past 21 years. That’s 1.7 million deaths prevented. Now, that is a reason to celebrate, so please join us.

TEDxBoise Coming soon
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxBoise, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxBoise event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized
