We all know that we should attempt to eat a healthy diet, important too, trying to keep a healthy weight.  Exercising is very important if this goal is going to be met, but what exercise is best and how often?  Please come to our meeting this morning and welcome Lee Postma, Certified Personal Trainer.

We invited Lee for several reasons, first off he is a big golf and tennis fan as will as an outdoor enthusiast.  Second, he is both certified in Yoga therapy and a Certified Personal Trainer.  His approach is to increase your strength for your particular lifestyle while building balance and flexibility.   Whatever your personal goals might be, Lee can help you, plus he is an energetic guy and gives a great presentation, come listen and learn!
